Dallas/Fort Worth ODS Chapters will be holding a Film Festival in late September 2011 to educate and increase awareness of the public about Palestine.  The Festival will feature documentaries on Palestine and group discussions about the films, current developments in Palestine, and the ideals of ODS.  Please be involved and plan to attend.

DFW Houston Chapter will host JAZZA: Music for Palestinian Resistance with Gilad Atzmon, an Israeli-born British Jazz Saxophonist, novelist, writer, and an ODS supporter.  His album Exile was BBC Jazz Album of the year. Mr. Atzomn is regarded as one of the best Jazz Musicians in Europe.  He is a prolific writer and commentator on political matters, social issues, Jewish identity and culture. He supports the Palestinian Right to return and the One Democratic State solution to the Israeli-Palestinian conflict  

ODS DFW Chapter will sponsor Art n' Park for One Democratic State an activity includes a discussion on the ideals of ODS, music and poetry.  Among the participants are: Gilad Atzmon, an Israeli-born British Jazz Saxophonist, novelist, writer, and an ODS supporter; Buddy Mohammad, a DFW based and internationally recognized composer, musician, and instructor; and Remi Kanazi, a nationally acclaimed actor, poet and activist.
